Dr. Kevin Scanlon, ADVISOR

Dr. Scanlon has a Ph.D in Molecular Biology. His career has spanned roles in academic medicine, management positions in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, as well as individual investor roles. In addition he has been CEO of several successful biotech companies. Dr. Scanlon, in addition to co-authoring hundreds of peer-reviewed scientific articles holds seven issued US patents.

Roland Scott, ADVISOR 

Roland is an experienced executive providing mentoring and board level advice to technology-based start-ups. His management consulting and business experience covers a broad range of new products in industries such as energy, life sciences, software, and industrial products. He is in expert in customer discovery, business strategies for new products, and expanding existing technology into new markets. He has both lead a start-up and created partnerships with fortune 500 companies.

Arthur J. Coury, ADVISOR

Arthur is a distinguished professor of chemical engineering at Northeastern University. He has worked at medical device and biotech companies including Genzyme and Medtronic, where he co-invented the injection-molded polyurethane connector used in pacemakers. Arthur is the co-chair of the National research council of the National Academies' Roundtable on Biomedical Engineering Materials and Applications, and has more than 50 patents to his name.
